Public Art: F(er)(o)ment [2022]

Context

A process-based project using the ruangrupa technique of “harvesting” and participatory fermentation.

Notes made throughout the residency turned into a graphic representation of the development of ideas. Residents participated in the daily mixing of sourdough starter.

Bread made from the starter; notes, presented in the form of a Harvest; and an informal film of the process were shown at the Gudkitchen installation at documenta fifteen.
